"Nice Fabric, but It Shows Wear Fast"
I was excited when I first got it because the fabric felt decent right out of the package. It looked good and seemed like it would hold up well. After using it for a little while, though, I started noticing small scuffs showing up more easily than I expected. It’s not terrible, and I still think the fabric is okay overall, but I do wish it was a bit more resistant to everyday wear.

I was ready to buy a carry-on, but the color and size I wanted were sold out again. The site itself looks clean and easy enough to use, and the way everything is presented kind of makes you assume the popular options will be available or restocked soon. But after checking back and still not finding what I needed, it got frustrating. I ended up browsing other brands instead.

I’ve taken my Briggs & Riley carry-on on a few trips now, the wheels are really smooth. It glides through airports easily and doesn’t do that annoying thing where it fights you every time you turn. Yeah, on rough sidewalks it gets a little louder and feels slightly less steady, but I mean... it’s still luggage, not a luxury car. Compared to most bags I’ve owned, it’s still way better. I only knocked off one star for that, but overall I’m happy with it.

My bag got rejected at the gate and it was not cool. I thought it was gonna be fine, but nope, ended up being a hassle and kinda frustrating.

"So much easier than I expected"
I was relieved after trying it out. Packing was really easy, and the pockets actually made sense, so I didn’t have to keep rearranging everything or digging around for what I needed.

"Repair took forever and still wasn’t fixed"
I sent my Briggs & Riley bag in for repair the whole thing was frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates unless I emailed them first. I kept checking back through my emails and receipt info just to make sure I hadn’t missed anything, but there really wasn’t much communication. When the bag finally came back, the same issue was still there and it looked like the repair had been rushed. For a brand that makes such a big deal about their repair service, this was really disappointing. I don’t think I’d go through them again.

"I couldn’t quite figure out if..."
I couldn’t quite figure out if I was using it wrong or if the compression system just wasn’t working right, but it kept snagging on me and barely did what it was supposed to. For the price, I really expected it to be smoother. Frustrating overall...

"Wish the zippers held up better"
I’ve had this for years, and it’s still usable, but the zippers have gotten fussy over time. Kind of regret not paying closer attention to that sooner, because now it’s a little annoying to deal with.

I ordered from briggs-riley.com and wasn’t expecting the delivery to be that quick. They sent the tracking info right away, and the bag actually showed up earlier than the estimated date. The box was in good shape too, which I always appreciate. For what I expected, the whole process went really smoothly, and I’m happy with it.

Build is mostly solid. The handle feels sturdy, wheels roll smooth, and the fabric seems fine for regular trips. For the price though, I expected a bit more. Some inside stitching looks uneven, and the zipper can feel stiff. Not bad, just not super impressive.

"Makes packing way less annoying"
The inside layout is what won me over. Like, the pockets are just where you’d expect them to be, so my shirts, chargers, and random little things aren’t all turning into one messy pile. I’ve been using it for work trips, and packing feels… way easier now. Yeah, really happy with it.

"Nice bag, but heavier than I hoped"
I bought this Briggs & Riley carry-on thinking it was going to be my dependable long-term travel bag. It does look really nice and it rolls smoothly, so I wanted to love it. But i felt a little deflated once I realized how heavy it is even when it’s empty. After packing clothes and shoes, it already feels like I’m pushing the weight limit before the trip even starts. For the price, I was hoping it would feel easier and less tiring to deal with. I’m kind of bummed and do regret buying it a bit.

"Great bag, but the warranty process was a letdown"
I bought my Briggs & Riley mostly because of the lifetime warranty since my brother kept saying it was worth it. The bag itself is really nice and feels well made, but actually trying to use the warranty was more of a hassle than I expected. I had to send photos, wait around for responses, and then still got told a few things weren’t covered. For the price, I expected the process to be smoother

I bought my Briggs & Riley carry-on last year, and it’s already been on a bunch of work trips with me. The wheels still glide really smoothly, and the fabric has barely picked up any scuffs, which surprised me. The zippers feel solid too. It was definitely on the pricey side, and the handle has started to get a tiny bit of wiggle, but compared to my old luggage, it’s been way more durable. I guess if it keeps holding up like this, then...

"Zipper Worked Fine for Me"

I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back, they did eventually help me out though. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked

"Handle got sorta wobbly"
I only used it for two trips, and the handle already started getting sorta wobbly. It still works, but I expected it to feel a bit sturdier.

"Works fine, but feels a bit dated"
The site works okay, like... I didn’t really have any major issues using it. But the design just feels kind of old and a little boring. For the prices they’re charging, I guess I expected it to look a bit nicer and more modern.
